You need to prepare a report 2500-3000 words for senior management outlining the measures that will need to be taken to implement the innovations you presented to them earlier. You will need to address the following in your report:
a)Discuss how you will promote continuous improvement and sustainability and why it is essential to doing business
b)Address the impacts of change and the consequences for people and the transition strategies you will implement
c)Discuss the objectives, timeframes, measures and communication plan that you will develop and put into place to manage the implementation
d)Develop contingency plans in the event of non-performance
e)Discuss how you follow up failure promptly and analysis of the causes and manage emerging challenges and opportunities effectively
f)Discuss how you will ensure that learning’s from activities are captured and managed to inform future work
g)Discuss the strategies you will put in place to regularly evaluate continuous improvement systems and process
h)Discuss how you will communicate costs and benefits of innovations and improvement to relevant groups and individuals.
